Born in Honduras, with a childhood passion for food, Chef Norma Benedit has followed her dream of becoming a chef. Went to a culinary school in New Orleans and is bringing that passion to you with Chef LaBee LLC.

Chef Norma's family had a habit of gathering for any occasion and she was always the one who brought the dish that everyone loved best. That's because she'd learned from her mother Nelly, how to make magic from just a few humble ingredients. Her mother gave her the foundation for her culinary skills and a love for good food. Same foundation that today is being pass down to her eight year old son Trey.

Now, Chef Norma brings that love with her everywhere she goes as she creates delicious dishes inspired by her Caribbean roots and all of her years of experience as a chef. The result is an exceptional culinary treat that's sure to please.
